Digital Urth Health & Life Sciences (“Digital Urth,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy and security of information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information in connection with our websites, services, and QFLOW platform.

Depending on how our services are used, we may collect business contact information, account and authentication information, technical and usage information, information provided by customers when configuring or using QFLOW, and customer data processed through QFLOW on behalf of our customers.
2. QFLOW & Customer Data
QFLOW helps organizations ingest, process, transform, govern, and analyze enterprise data. Customers retain ownership and control of their data. Digital Urth processes customer data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve contracted services or as otherwise authorized by the applicable customer agreement.
Where QFLOW is used with healthcare data, additional privacy, security, regulatory, and contractual requirements may apply, including requirements established through a Data Processing Agreement, Business Associate Agreement, or other applicable agreement.
3. How We Use & Protect Information
We may use information to provide and operate our services, manage users, support implementations, maintain security and reliability, diagnose technical issues, respond to inquiries, improve our products, and meet contractual, regulatory, and legal obligations.
Digital Urth uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. QFLOW is designed to operate within enterprise data environments and leverage applicable security capabilities such as access controls, encryption, auditability, and data governance.
No information system can guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Platforms
Digital Urth does not sell customer data. Information may be shared with service providers supporting our services, when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or as authorized by customers.
QFLOW may integrate with third-party technology platforms, cloud providers, data platforms, APIs, and customer systems, including Databricks. Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's privacy and security terms.
5. Data Retention & International Processing
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer-specific retention requirements may be established through the applicable customer agreement.
Depending on the customer and services provided, information may be processed in different jurisdictions. Appropriate contractual and security safeguards will be applied where required.
6. Your Rights & Policy Changes
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other processing of their personal information. Requests may be submitted using the contact information below.
